Privacy
This describes what laceup.dev collects and what happens to it. Laceup LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, is responsible for it. Questions: timi@laceup.dev.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply.
- Your company, rough budget and timeline, all optional.
- The message you write.
There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking or advertising technology on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight — it is also why there is no cookie banner.
Who else sees your data
- Web3Forms
- The enquiry form posts to Web3Forms, which relays the contents to us by email. They process what you submit in order to deliver it.
- Adobe Fonts
- Typefaces are served by Adobe. Loading them means your browser contacts Adobe’s servers, which necessarily reveals your IP address to Adobe. No fonts are stored on your device beyond normal browser caching.
- Our hosting provider
- The web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent string. These are generated by the server, not by us, and are used only for security and diagnosing faults.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for 24 months from the last message in the thread, then they are deleted. If a conversation turns into work, the records that belong to that engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our tax obligations require. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any point before that and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email timi@laceup.dev and we will act on it.
Changes
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
